By completing this form, you understand and agree to the following:
- City Walk BHAM will not provide a golf cart or decorations; I am responsible for supplying my own.
- I will bring my own golf cart and decorations for the parade.
- The golf cart will carry no more than three individuals at any time during the parade.
- All decorations must be family-friendly and suitable for a public event.
- Only a single golf cart is permitted; no trailers or additional vehicles may be attached.
- I understand that operating the golf cart is at my own risk, and I am responsible for safe operation throughout the parade.
- Beads and candy are allowed but may only be gently tossed to avoid any safety hazards.
- I agree to pay the $50 registration fee as part of my participation in the event.
- I agree to adhere to the designated parade route and will not deviate from the assigned path.
- I acknowledge that City Walk BHAM is not liable for any trailers or vehicles used to haul carts.
- I agree to comply with all parking regulations as directed by City Walk BHAM staff.
By signing, I acknowledge and accept these terms and release City Walk BHAM from any liability related to the operation of my golf cart in the parade.
