UPDATE ON CITY WALK BHAM PROJECT MILESTONES

• Block A – Beginning to install joint sealant and concrete flatwork; finishing up landscaping with plants being installed respective of planting season; turf infill complete (rubber pellets and sand); site furnishings – benches, picnic tables, trash cans being delivered, assembled, and placed; way-finding signage to be installed
• Block B – Drainage installed; skate park being completed; turf installed; turf infill and decomposed aggregate for walkways next week; site furnishings – benches, picnic tables, trash cans being delivered, assembled, and placed
• Block C – Turf installed; site furnishings – benches, picnic tables, trash cans being delivered, assembled and placed
• Block D – Turf installed; site furnishings – benches, picnic tables, trash cans being delivered, assembled, and placed; 9th Avenue trench drain on western phase being installed; stamped concrete paving ongoing; fountain tile work completed and water filled; pavers around fountain completed
• Block E – Last concrete pour on both south and north side of 9th Avenue being completed
• Block F – Last concrete pour on north side of 9th Avenue this week; stage work progressing
• Block G – All four pickleball courts are paved, ready for striping and netting; stone sub-grade being installed for turf placement
• Block H – Gabion basket walls being installed at water pool level and top edge of pond; pond excavation is complete; playground installation ongoing; landscaping being installed.
