  • 1 – City Walk 10 x 10 tent
  • 10 – City Walk bag chairs
  • 1 – 8ft folding table
  • 1 – 110-quart cooler stocked with ice – Bring your own beverages

  • 1 – season parking pass in City Walk BHAM Orange Block parking
  • Electricity to the tent
  • Cash bar on Lake Lawn is available upon request for an additional fee
  • City Walk will handle equipment and cleanup

  1. Access to Lake Park Lawn will open four (4) hours prior to kick-off. Tailgate spaces must be vacated no more than thirty (30) minutes after the game has ended. City Walk is not responsible for any belongings left after the area closes.
  2. No vehicles are allowed on the lawn area. All push carts must have large pneumatic tires and not damage the lawn.
  3. The number of persons inhabiting each space is limited to 15 persons.
  4. Each group must stay within their assigned 20′ x 20′ space.
  5. Tents are provided as a component of your tailgate registration.
  6. No glass containers.
  7. No smoking or vaping allowed.
  8. Any pets must be on a leash and attended to by their owners at all times.
  9. No grills are allowed.
  10. Fires of any type are not permitted.
  11. Please dispose of all trash in the provided receptacles.
  12. Live music, disc jockeys, and excessive amplified sounds are not permitted within the site.
  13. Use of City Walk utilities is prohibited
  14. Non-City Walk golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, mopeds, scooters, ATVs, go-karts, and the like are not allowed.
  15. City Walk management reserves the right to implement additional rules and regulations in its sole discretion regarding the use of the site and surrounding areas as the need arises.
  16. You are responsible for conveying all rules and regulations to all attendees and guests at your tailgate and assume responsibility for actions taken by attendees and guests at your tailgate.
